- DESCRIPTION
- The AIC2271 is an adaptive on time control synchronous step down converter. The device features an internal synchronous rectifier for high efficiency; it requires no external Schottky diode.
The AIC2271 main control loop uses adaptive on time control that provides a fast transient response without external compensation component.
The low impedance internal MOSFET supports high efficiency operation. The AIC2271 has a proprietary circuit that the device to adapt to all ceramic capacitors.
Other features of the AIC2271 include high efficiency, low dropout voltage, over current protection, short circuit protection, and over temperature protection. It is available in a small 8 pins TSOT23-8 package.
