- DESCRIPTION
- The AIC2262 is an adaptive on time control syn-chronous step down converter. The device fea-tures an internal synchronous rectifier for high efficiency; it requires no external Schottky diode.
The AIC2262 main control loop uses adaptive on time control that provides a fast transient re-sponse without external compensation compo-nent. The low impedance internal MOSFET supports high efficiency operation. The AIC2262 has a proprietary circuit that the device to adapt to all ceramic capacitors.
Other features of the AIC2262 include high efficiency, low dropout voltage, over current protection, short circuit protection, and over temperature protection. It is available in a small DFN-8 (2x1.5x0.75-0.5) and TSOT23-8 package.
